Exercise, Diet, and still cant lose the extra weight?


This seems to be the time of year when more people have a higher concern about reducing their weight and getting into shape.  If you're having troubles obtaining your weight goal and you have tried everything, you might need to do a cleanse. 

Our body's produce Fat cells when...

We eat too much, eat the wrong kinds of food, don't exercise enough to burn the extra calories we have consumed. OR
THE ELIMINATION ORGANS ARE  CONGESTED  WITH TOXINS! 

 If your system is congested with toxins, but yet you eat healthy, exercise and still can't lose weight, this could be your issue. Your cells cant process the new food if its overworked, this can cause your body to basically panic since it has nowhere to store this new intake .  So it produces more FAT CELLS!  What is stored in the FAT CELL? Everything, from good to bad, and that`s where a lot of the toxins go from what we ingest as food and put on our bodies. 

So what are some things you can do? Here are some suggestion you may want to try.  We all know about eating clean, but how clean is clean? Give you body a break for a few weeks.  First thing in the morning try having a glass of warm water (room temp) with fresh lemon in it.  For Breakfast eat only fruit, Apples, Grapefruit, Bananas, etc.  For lunch have some good clean protein (no sauces) and salad, (make your own salad dressing with Olive Oil, salt & pepper, lemon juice) the same with dinner.  Avoid   ALL processed foods of any kind, including ALL Sugar, Coffee ( at least reduce the amount), and starches, like pasta & bread.  Fill up on Green smoothies, after a few days you will find that you start to eat less and feel better.  You are no longer starving your cells by giving them empty calories from processed foods. If you develop strong cravings for pasta, bread, or sugars, that's a good indication that your body is overloaded and possibly has a higher yeast level then what it should.  Stay strong and fight the urge, try having a glass of lemon water again.  Drink lots of water during the day at least 8 glass of water.  Take a High Quality Vitamin supplement.  Just because you bought them at a health food store doesn't mean its high quality.  You want naturally derived vitamins not one`s that are a chemical base.  Do your research, it's your health!
